We offer a uniquely United development pathway for leadership that begins with introducing our culture at the Welcome to United orientation and progresses through new people leader training and high potential development programs at the manager, senior, manager, director and managing director levels. All management employees can develop their skills through the Leadership, Airport Operations and Digital Institutes.

Our Business Resource Groups (BRGs) play a pivotal role in recruiting and connecting team members and fostering inclusivity and awareness, with membership growing to 38,000 in 2023.
