The policy applies to all of United’s global employees and third-party representatives. We understand that even the appearance of impropriety can jeopardize the company’s interests and is inconsistent with our business principles.
Additionally, United advocates for comprehensive and clear privacy standards and is committed to protecting the personal information of all customers and employees.
United provides multiple avenues for employees to raise concerns or seek guidance, including our helpline and web reporting. Both resources are confidential, available 24/7 with multi-language capabilities and provide the ability to report anonymously, where local laws allow. United prohibits retaliation against anyone who in good faith files a report about suspected illegal or unethical behavior or participates in an investigation.
